College auditoriums  equipped with modern audiovisual aids to conduct seminars , conferences , Laboratories are well equipped for teaching practical aspects of subjects. Departments have museums pertaining to respective subjects which are curated and catalogued so that students can utilize them for self-directed learning. The college has its own teaching hospital with adequate infrastructure, clinical material and staff. Students are also exposed to primary and secondary healthcare through outreach facilities. The examination hall is very spacious, adequately equipped and secured for conducting University examinations. It has inbuilt secretarial services.

The creation and execution of the SNMC Library was inspired by ideas like: acquisition of relevant knowledge, intellectual exploration and flights into the limitless skies of research. As on today this library offers to any aspiration in the field, a pool of 20106 books that are meticulously chosen for their contents; added to this are 2044 back volumes of relevant fields and this unit has been subscribing to as many as 114 well known national and international journals. Almost all the principal medical branches are covered by these reading materials

  • Digital Library

Library has state of the art Digital Library section. Digital Library has 50 terminals with Internet connectivity. There is a separate internet room for postgraduate students. This section is holding 306 CD-ROMs apart from that it is connected to HELINET consortia of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The consortium is giving access to more than 900 full text online journals and 800 e-books.

  • Hostel

The institute provides hostel facitlites to all its students. The hostels are located on campus and have easy access to the college facilities. Each hostel is supervised by a resident warden who is a teaching faculty of the institute or part of the administrative committee. The warden is available on campus at all times and can be approached by the students at any time and forms the first point of contact for redressal of students’ grievances. The admission to the hostel is streamlined through an online application process (on admission) and approved immediately through the associate director’s offices. Hostelites have access to a hostel manger for their room maintainences needs.

  • Hospital

Hanagal Shree Kumareshwar Hospital and Research Centre was established in 2000 in the old campus of B.V.V. Sangha in Bagalkot. At inception it had 300 beds catering the health services to people of Bagalkot and surrounding areas and has grown into an institute of recognition.

It is working 24 X 7 on all 365 days, It is managed by casualty medical officer, who were experienced, dedicated senior doctors. It has facilities to manage all types of emergencies in surgery, General medicine, and Trauma and accident cases. The causality has 20 beds and 6 trauma care beds, and is well equipped with ventilators, deffibillater, monitors with centralized o2, vacuum facilities; it has two operation theaters working round the clock.

To support our causality services are 2 ambulance of which one is high-tech air-conditioned ambulance with ventilator, monitor, diffirilator infusion pumps spine board and all other emergency gadgets   a medicines. A duty medical officer along with a trained nurse is always on duty for ambulance service, 24 X 7 X 365 days.

  • Transportation

For the convenience of students and faculty staying off-campus,  Medical college and Research hospital has a fleet of 10 buses that ferry them to and fro. The buses traverse the city and suburbs and routes are planned to provide maximum convenience to students and staff. Additionally, the college is also well connected to the  bus services and a major metro station that is located few kms away from the campus is under commission.
